To start placing an order, please fill out the appropriate Google form accessible on the contacts tab.
Please provide clear and concise references or descriptions with relevant examples when making your request. To make the process easier, please avoid presenting an overwhelming amount of text and instead focus on brief and relevant information. This will allow me to better understand what you want and create artwork that meets your expectations. Please prevent the accumulation of words by providing clear references or details with examples.Work-in-progress images will be shared as follows to ensure clarity and approval throughout the creation process:Sketches: Once the original sketch is complete, it will be delivered to the client for permission before moving on to the cleaning up or lineart stage. This step allows for major adjustments and lays the groundwork for the commission.Lineart: Once the lineart is completed, another progress image will be shared for approval. Only minimal changes will be accepted at this time.Flat Colors: Once the flat colors have been added, another work-in-progress image will be sent for confirmation.Once the line art and flat color stages are approved, the next step will be the final product. While the points indicated above are promised progress updates, it's worth mentioning that I frequently offer work-in-progress images at additional stages to keep the customer informed about the current process. This flexibility enables for greater communication and keeps the client informed.
It is important to point out that I will always wait for the customer's approval before moving past the drawing stage, and I will double-check for any changes needed at each stage, including the lineart phase. This method ensures that the customer's feedback and preferences are taken into consideration throughout the commission process.A commission's completion time is vary; I can execute it the same day, a week later, or even a month later. Commissions are more of a secondary source of income for me as a student so that I may concentrate on my education.
Other factors that may hinder commission speed can include:
☆ Health (physical/mental).
☆ Number/Order of commission.
☆ Complexity/commission type.
☆ Studies.
☆ Family issues.
☆ Technical issues.
If any major problems arise that affect my ability to make commissions, I will immediately inform you. Inquiries about the commission's progress are always welcome, as long as they are appropriate and not persistent.V. REVISIONS
During the sketch phase, customers are encouraged to suggest changes because it offers the greatest flexibility for modifications. During this phase, the costumers have the ability to ask for as many minor revisions and as a few major revisions. After the sketch phase, the customer has the right to request a reasonable number of minor edits, such as changing eye color or fixing small details. Since the after sketch work is much harder to do, only ONE major revision is accepted. However, regardless of how small they may be, any more requests that go over the limit will result in additional fees. There won't be a fee for the revision in circumstances when adjustments are required as a result of a misunderstanding or my failure to notice anything that the client has indicated clearly. Any misunderstandings must be swiftly resolved in order to guarantee that the finished product fulfills the customer's requirements without adding extra expense.VI. COPYRIGHT
